Payment Policy

Dear Valued Customer

Thank you for choosing Moving on IT Solutions LLC. To ensure a clear understanding of our
credit terms and payment expectations, please review the following policy:

1. Payment Terms

• All invoices are due in full 30 days from the invoice date (NET 30).
• Any exceptions to these terms must be approved in writing by Moving on IT Solutions
  LLC before the order is processed.

2. Late Payments & Interest Charges

• Payments received after the 30-day due date will be subject to interest charges.
• A daily interest rate of 0.0822% (equivalent to 30% APR) will be applied to any unpaid
  balance starting from the 31st day after the invoice date.
• Interest will continue to accrue daily until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

3. Credit Approval & Limits

• Credit terms are granted based on an evaluation of the customer’s credit worthiness.
• Moving on IT reserves the right to set or adjust credit limits and to require prepayment
  or alternative payment arrangements as necessary.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• ACH/Wire Transfers
• Company Checks
• Credit Card Payments (a processing fee may apply)

5. Invoice Disputes

• Any disputes regarding an invoice must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the
  invoice date.
• Failure to dispute an invoice within this timeframe will be considered acceptance of
  the charges.

6. Account Suspension & Collections

• Accounts with balances overdue by more than 60 days may be placed on hold,
  preventing further credit purchases.
• Accounts exceeding 90 days past due may be referred to a collection agency or legal
  action, with all collection-related costs added to the outstanding balance.

7. Policy Updates

• Moving on IT reserves the right to modify these credit terms at any time. Customers will be
  notified in writing of any changes.
• By continuing to do business with Moving on IT, you agree to comply with these credit terms.
